Together with Postverk Føroya and Post Greenland, Post Denmark will celebrate the forthcoming wedding of the Crown Prince and Crown Princess-to-be by issuing stamps with the same motive and a special mini-sheet of postage stamps.

The stamps show an altogether new portrait of Crown Prince Frederik and Miss Mary Elizabeth Donaldson, taken in profile. Photographer Steen Evald has stood behind the camera, and graphic artist Morten Stürup has designed the stamps.

The sale of the postage stamps will start on 14 May 2004.
